Day 1: Arrival & Unwind

Ease into Japan after the long journey from the United States. Check into our Tokyo Airbnb, settle in, meet the group, grab some Japanese convenience-store snacks, and enjoy a relaxed welcome evening.

Day 2: Tokyo — Shibuya & Japanese Fashion

Explore some of Tokyo’s most iconic neighborhoods, including Shibuya, Harajuku and Omotesando. We’ll have time for shopping, photos, Japanese beauty and fashion, Shibuya Sky, and a group dinner.

Day 3: Tokyo — Cars, Cars, Cars

A full day dedicated to Japanese car culture. We’ll explore Tokyo’s automotive scene before heading out for a JDM-focused experience, including the legendary Daikoku Parking Area if conditions and access allow.

Day 4: Tokyo — Food, Shopping & Street Karting

Start with a food-focused morning at Tsukiji Outer Market before spending the afternoon shopping and exploring Tokyo.

Then we’ll put on our racing-inspired looks for a Tokyo street-karting experience, followed by a private karaoke room to finish the night.

Day 5: Tokyo → Nagoya

A slower morning before checking out of our Tokyo Airbnb and taking the Shinkansen to Nagoya.

We’ll settle into our second Airbnb, explore the neighborhood, have dinner, and get an early night before our first day at Suzuka.

Day 6: Formula 1 — Sprint Qualifying

It’s officially race weekend.

We’ll head from Nagoya to Suzuka Circuit for the first full day of F1 action, including Sprint Qualifying.

After the circuit, we’ll return to Nagoya for dinner and a relaxed evening.

Day 7: Formula 1 — Sprint + Qualifying

Another full day at Suzuka for the Sprint and Qualifying sessions.

Expect a full day of racing, Japanese F1 atmosphere, fan activities, team merchandise, photos, and everything that makes Suzuka one of the most iconic circuits on the calendar.

Day 8: Japanese Grand Prix

Race Day.

We’ll spend the day at Suzuka Circuit for the Japanese Grand Prix before returning to Nagoya after the race.

The evening will remain intentionally unstructured so everyone can decompress after a huge race day.

Day 9: Kyoto Day Trip

After three full days of Formula 1, we’ll take a slower cultural day trip from Nagoya to Kyoto.

We’ll explore iconic temples and traditional neighborhoods, see the cherry blossoms, enjoy Japanese food and matcha, and have time for photos before returning to Nagoya for our final night together.

Day 10: Departure

Farewell breakfast and departures from Japan.

Staying the full ten days is recommended to allow enough time to adjust to the time difference, experience Tokyo without rushing, enjoy the full Suzuka race weekend, and have a proper recovery day before flying home.
