Accommodation — $550 per person
Group Airbnb with shared rooms, space for getting ready together, and a central location for pop-ups, the circuit, and Austin nightlife. Five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Transportation — $150 per person
Shared SUV(s) for the full week, including airport runs, circuit days, pop-ups, and group outings.
Grand Prix Tickets — TBD
Ticket options (based on 2025 COTA pricing):
- Turn 19 Grandstand — up to $1,200
Great views of the final corners and track action heading into the main straight. - Main Grandstand — $1,250 – $2,000

- Pricing is based primarily on 2025 COTA ticket costs
- COTA is currently offering a $200 ticket deposit
This deposit would be sent at the time of commitment, along with the $200 trip deposit, and will be applied toward your final ticket cost once tickets are released.

Day 1 Welcome to Austin
Kick off the week with a relaxed but festive arrival day. We’ll start with curated welcome drinks, a cozy game night, and a hosted dinner at the house to settle in, meet everyone, and set the tone for the week. Think easy conversation, laughter, and a soft launch into trip mode.
Day 2 Austin Icons and Lake Life
Spend the morning exploring F1 pop ups, brand activations, and Austin hot spots. In the afternoon, we head out for a Lake Austin boat day with sun, music, drinks, and skyline views. This is one of the biggest highlights of the trip and a full afternoon dedicated to lake vibes and photos.
Day 3 Explore and Reset
Another pop up and exploring day, perfect for walking South Congress, grabbing coffee, shopping local, and soaking in Austin’s energy. In the afternoon, enjoy a spa experience designed to reset before race weekend with massages, pools, and wellness time so everyone feels refreshed going into the big days ahead.
Day 4 Formula 1 Practice Day
Head to the circuit for Practice Day, taking in the atmosphere, exploring the grounds, and easing into the race weekend. The evening is intentionally low key with time to check out downtown Austin, grab casual drinks, or relax back at the house.
Day 5 Qualifying and Night Out
Qualifying day at COTA followed by a high energy night out. This is where race weekend really comes alive with celebratory drinks, great outfits, and a full Austin nightlife experience with the group.
Day 6 Race Day Celebration
Race Day at the circuit, followed by a nice group dinner to celebrate the week and the Grand Prix. The night continues with one final night out as an elevated send off to an unforgettable weekend.
Day 7 Farewell Brunch and Departures
Close out the trip with a relaxed farewell brunch. A chance to recap the weekend, swap photos, and say goodbye before departures.
(Some activities may be optional depending on energy levels. COTA sun and heat can be overwhelming.)
